I trust Dr Nietert wholeheartedly. And was so thankful to get in for an appointment with her. I know she’s very busy but I would recommend anyone to see her with derm concerns. Had another great experience with the whole appointment including friendly receptionist and her assistant Jessi, who was great at making me feel comfortable.

Dr. Nietert is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field. She has the gift to communicate and takes the extra time to make sure that you have a clear understanding of your health, procedures and care.

The visit was very good. I had an emergence need and they fitted me in in less than two days. She reviewed the problem and took care of the problem. She is very professional. I was out of the area in 15 minutes. all is doing fine.

My waiting was minimal. I saw Dr. Nietert within 10 minutes of arriving. She's always up to date on the conditions I'm dealing with and offers helpful advice. She also is good about recommending ordinary at-home remedies for what's bothering me. It's always a pleasure to see her.

I had a full body check for issues. I've had it before and they found some things so I thought it would be good to go back again. She was very professional and throuough.

Very prompt and caring service. I have never had a provider that you see within minutes of your appointment. She takes time to write down the plan for your care and lets you know the next step so you can prepare.

My husband and I are patients of Dr. Nietert. She is a highly dedicated physician who cares about her patients. She is professional, yet very personable, thorough, and explains what she is doing. She diagnosed basal cell cancer on my husband and also showed us how to detect changes in our own skin. Although we have a long distance to travel for our appointments, we consider ourselves so lucky to have her as our dermatologist!

I was extremely disappointed with my office visit. I was rushed. Not sure if we even had 5 minutes together. Some of my main concerns that I wanted addressed from the last year were brushed off. I had questions about other skin concerns that I couldn't even get to before she was out the door. I am 73 years old with years of medical experience assisting patients and wanted to be heard but I was shut down mid sentence. I was given a written Rx and unable to fill it at the local Walgreen's because it was also sent to my mail order which I explained may take some time to get. The drug store couldn't fill it because it had already been submitted to the mail order, so a week later I am still waiting for my Rx. Perhaps the doctor was running behind. Regardless, for the amount of time it takes to get an appointment there, she should realize she needs to give the appropriate amount of time to her patients.
