Perfect
I wanted to write a review just when I saw some absolutely unfair previous ones. Dr. Keck is amazing and knowledgeable rheumatologist, digs deep to find a problem! She always does whatever is needed to sort out the issue and help! Some people just want to hear what they want and if don’t- get frustrated. There is no magic, she is a human and very honest. If there is nothing to say, she won’t. People should have realistic expectations and some respect!

No diagnosis!!!
Dr Keck didn’t explain my diagnosis to me and the staff said that the ultrasound that I received wasn’t even In the computer , I asked to speak with the doctor and was told that she doesn’t talk to her patients. The front desk staff was supposedly new from what I was told and didn’t know anything . And the tech that toke ultrasound said that she didn’t see the test and wanted me to set appointment for another ultrasound which in my opinion was just to get extra money.. This office is very unorganized from the horrible doctor to the untrained staff..

Dr. Keck is awful.
Horrible don't waste your time with this doctor. She didn't listen and knew 0. I wasted so much time and money. I dislike doctors who don't listen to patients. She literally messed up my whole appointment by rushing me out and not listening to my concerns. She told me one diagnosis and then put something completely different in the office visit notes. No Dr. Keck muscle knots and muscle spasms in my body are not in my head! And thanks for disregarding those conditions and going straight to fibromyalgia as a diagnosis. And those conditions are not associated with FIBROMYALIGIA.! I did what's best and reported her behavior to whoever is over her in hopes nobody ever experiences what I went through. It was frustrating. Please do not go to this doctor. She was bad the first time I went to her and worse this time. I will be seeing someone else and telling my doctor never to refer me to her at all. She has zero patience and empathy for people. Should not be a doctor if she can't do her job.

Worst Rhuematoligist
Dr. Keck had a major chip on her shoulder. She acts like she knows what SHE is talking about yet had no clue! She is rude and literally rushed our appointment every time. I was still speaking with her as she was headed out the door. She does not want to listen to you and is very argumentative. Literally went against John Hopkins findings as well as the very Rhuematologist she sadly replaced because he retired! She does not want to help patients …she wants to feel right. Go to someone else!! She is a waste of your time! I love the office she is in though. If you can get someone different there, then do that!

If you’re a complicated case, stay away
If you are searching for answers for your health, look for another doctor to be on your team in this quest. While Dr. Keck may be fine for an open/shut case, her lack of care and rushed time-slots make complicated patients feel unseen, unheard, and unwelcome. No treatment plan was made, no test results explained, no listening to concerns, no possible diagnoses offered, not even a suggestion for another specialist or physical therapy or anything. If you come in with a history of seeing another doctor, those physician’s notes are not even regarded. In the end, I was laughed at by Dr. Keck for asking multiple, genuine questions about my health. I have never had a doctor make me feel so small or unwanted. Please seek care elsewhere.

Best Rheumatologist in Virginia!
We were so lucky to have found Dr. Keck to care for my mother’s rheumatoid arthritis! We spent months trying to find a provider who was accepting new patients. Dr. Keck suggested a new treatment plan for my mother’s RA and her joints have never felt better! She and her staff are the kindest and most professional in Virginia Beach!

I may not be cured but I feel great!
Two years ago, I developed R.A. suddenly. One day I could walk and the next day I couldn't. It scared me silly. I got an appointment with Dr. Keck within two days of my referral, even with Covid disrupting everything. She put me on a course of medications, which took some time to work, as is the nature of R.A. I see Dr. Keck every three months, get blood tests and adjust medications. Dr. Keck and the staff at Arthritis Associates have always been prompt and responsive. She got the meds right and now I am pain free and have resumed my active lifestyle. I may get flare ups again but right now my condition is under control. I have a new lease on life and I am very thankful for Dr. Keck and her associates.

My knee began to ache and water began to build up on it .I went to a specialist who drained it and told me I had arthritis. After draining it 3 times in 1 year the pain and discomfort started to spread to other parts of my body and the medication they prescribed was not helping.Luckily someone recommended Dr. Tatiana Keck. Dr. Keck performed some tests and diagnosed exactly what type of arthritis I have. She treated my knee which never swelled up again and thanks to her expertise my arthritis is now under control. Dr. Keck is a world class arthritis expert who is always happy to answer any questions and who genuinely cares about helping you get better.

The 1st office visit started with a blunt question, why are you here? This was after NUMEROUS amount of paperwork had been submitted with all of my health issues listed. After stating I was there because I had been diagnosed with Sjogrens by my doctor at Duke. I provided results of all blood work to substantiate this diagnosis. I was questioned about no lip biopsy being done. I was asked what I knew about Sjogrens. It was not a very good experience and I know that there’s no way I could ever have her as a doctor. I hope this can help someone else not having to experience what I did.
