Dr. Taraneh Soleymani, MD

I called the 1st time and staff was rude. I called back aft Dr.'s maternity leave was supposed to have ended, since office did not call me back. They were rude again. Wrote it off as a miserable phone clerk. Got to the office and the same nasty woman accepts you at the desk. Aft she and another awful office woman spoke to me I turned and left. Never stayed for the appointment. Success will need to include wanting to go to appointments and not dreading them. Dr. Soleymani, if you read this, you could be the best Dr. out there but if the face of your office is rude and nasty then you need to fix that. My score was based on the rude staff.

Staff is rude, unprofessional. Multiple staff members Lied to me for several months and said I’d get a call back, which took 7 months to receive (I had to Call summit medical group and proved they were lying.) Only to be dragged along as my health declined. Save your money..AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
