Dr. Tara Blasingame, DPM

This has got to be the best doctor since molasses was mashed with butter. She is phenomenal and well educated. I will send many veterans and family members her way.

DR Blasingame and her staff are a 10 out of 10 rating. The experience was the very best I have ever had with any health professional since arriving in the area in 2007. Yes, you will have to wait three month for your first appointment but it is totally worth the wait. First, you are greeted outside by her staff welcoming you by name. After a brief registration, the staff member takes you into a room and goes over medical history while your feet are wrapped in moistening and numbing wraps. Shortly, after, Dr. B. comes in smiling and keeps you entertained and laughing the entire time she cares for your feet. When you are finished, you are escorted back to the front to set up your next appointment. My feet have never felt better and she told me to TRY ON my shoes and boots before purchasing them and to make certain they fit in the heel. I have a very narrow foot and have been wearing extra socks to make work boots fit(not smart). Also, the office facilities are absolutely beautiful

I do not recommend Dr. Blasengame. She knows how to treat my foot problems, but did a very poor job of informing me how I should use the medications she prescribed. Good luck making your initial appointment since her staff seldom answers the phone, nor return calls left on their answering machine. When I finally got them on the phone, the earliest appointment I could get was in 3 months, even though I told them fluid was oozing from the big toe on my right foot. I lost the toenail.

Dr. Blasingame is awesome. I had surgery done on both feet at the same time for bone spurs on my pinky toes. This surgery corrected and the problem and eliminated the pain that I had been experiencing for over 8 years. Today, a year later, I am footloose and "pain" free and not only that I'm wearing shoes that I thought I'd never wear again. I highly recommend Dr. Blasingame to family and friends!
