Dr. Jeffrey Poole, DPM

Dr. Poole knew exactly what the problem was with my foot. His treatment and recommendations resolved the condition. He is a good listener, he answered all my questions, and I am very pleased with the care I received.

Dr spent no time with me, came in the room said a few words then left room and his assistant cup my nails, very unconcerned,felt he didn’t value me at all, maybe because I had Medicare

Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Poole and his staff. Beyond professional and friendly. Dr Poole and his trusted staff performed two foot surgeries (both feet for complicated bunions) and I am happy to report that I have fully recovered beautifully! Should I have any future needs, I will look no further than Dr. Poole!

Everything went well until after surgery, then they won’t return calls when I was hurting bad and When I went for my Follow up appointment today, they weren’t even there. They were closed. Never got a text, call, or anything. Very bad customer service! I will never refer anyone to them.

It is a bad indication when a doctor's office takes your insurance information and still charges you $200 _before_ your visit with the doctor. Be warned, that is what you will experience at this office. I saw Dr Poole in February concerned that I was developing an ingrown toenail underneath a damaged toenail. With minimal inspection, he dismissed my concerns. Then he claimed that I had some object embedded in my foot and proceeded to cut it out. It wasn't bothering me. I was unaware of it. But this procedure "justified" the $200 charge at the desk, which my insurance did not cover. Cut to now, as I look for a new doctor to treat my severely ingrown toenail.

Dr. Poole is an amazing doctor. He is attentive, friendly and really seems to care about the issue I'm having. I've seen amazing results in a short period of time for a condition I've had for 10 years or more. I highly recommend and wish there were more doctors around just like him!

One of the best doctors I've seen and he has fantastic staff too. Everyone was so nice. He was very kind and caring and took the time to explain everything. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel like he actually heard me. I would, without a doubt, recommend him to any and everyone. I wish there were more like him!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Poole! Extremely nice and a great podiatrist! I had four very painful ingrown toenails and he removed them all without any pain!! I would definitely recommend him and will be going back if I ever have any more problems!!
