Her receptionist (Sunni) is rude. The last 2 appointments I scheduled were cancelled by her staff. She put false information in my record, under allergies.

I have been seeing Dr. Suzann Franer a few times and feel that she is a very trustworthy and caring doctor. She listens to my concerns with respect and seems to have good judgement in regards to treatment options. I feel very comfortable with her!!

I'm not impressed. She isn't very thorough, overlooks important information and doesn't communicate with my speciality dr.'s when there is a concern. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Had a great first appointment with Dr. Franer, who was very thorough in taking my history and suggested trying a different medication for my hypertension. She asked a lot of questions and answered the few I had and spent adequate time with me. I think I'm really going to like having her as my family doctor.
