Dr. Watson made me extremely uncomfortable during my visit. She was rude and repeatedly reprimanded her staff in front of me. She told me the things I need to help my dry eye, and they were all out of pocket procedures totaling over $3000. What? There are many other options for dry eye that can be done without jumping to these procedures. And she runs tests that are not covered by insurance, and are not necessary to diagnose dry eye. She did not do the standard Schirmer's test or inflammatory test that insurance pays for. Finally, they make you buy a kit for $120 to use at home (eye cleaner, Bruder mask, eye drops). They are making money on this. You can easily buy all of that stuff for about $60 to $70. Overall, after two mandatory specialist visits and being told I had to make an appointment with her if I had questions about the prescription eye drops she prescribed, seriously I question her motivations. Does she have the best interests of patients in mind or, is she more interested in making money?

I took lots of test. Dr. Watson and her assistance gave me costly options. I spent out of my pocket products that they advised would help however it never did. Dr Watson and her assistance even went to visit my regular eye doctor about my dry eyes without my consent. That is totally wrong. I was at this practice for many hours listening to sales pitch that my dry eyes were caused by this and by that with so many products and treatments that were needed. I was recommended a treatment around 800.00. I left this office not satisfied and never went back for any follow-up appts. Like being at a car dealership talking to a sales rep.

The staff was nice but unfortunately, after spending almost 4 hours for one appointment and shelling out over $2000 (out-of-pocket; they said they don't bill insurance) my eyes feel NO DIFFERENT than they did before. It was a complete waste of money and I feel SICK I spent that much money. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I feel they are more concerned with money than truly helping the patient. And to make things worse? I just got a bill for another $90 TEN MONTHS after my visit.

Nice staff, but unfortunately they are not up front about the costs. Nor are they knowledgeable about insurance.

Dr. Watson and her staff are not only so friendly, but they are extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Watson easily explained what was going on with my dry eyes and all of the treatment protocols necessary to get the best result. I appreciated that she took the time to listen to my concerns and took my budget into account when recommending which treatment options we'd pursue. My eyes are already feeling better--less burning and redness than I've had in years--and I have her and her team to thank!
