Dr. Suparna Patcha, MD

She deserves zero stars. We’ve had the misfortune of dealing with this woman twice, and both times she proved herself completely unprofessional and incompetent. The first time, she attempted to take a blood test from my 2.5-year-old daughter. My child was traumatized, in severe pain, and left with multiple bruises because Dr. Patcha couldn’t even do her job properly. To make matters worse, she gave us attitude and was incredibly rude throughout the ordeal.The second encounter was at Mount Sinai, where she was the only available provider. I had no choice but to accept the appointment because my son needed a medical school form completed. And guess what? She added a diagnosis my son doesn’t even have! Her mistake caused my son’s preschool to reject the form, and I had to waste hours trying to fix what she failed to do in the first place.What kind of doctor does something so reckless? Someone who simply doesn’t care? I don’t understand how Mount Sinai could hire someone like her.
