Dr. Svensson was disappointing foe Cornell Weill. We love the doctors there in general. She was late to our video visit and didn’t say anything. Also, her internet connection was terrible and we couldn’t hear much of what she said. She also lacked sympathy for our child’s illness. Finally, she didn’t really provide a diagnosis or clear path of next steps.

Dr. Svensson saw my daughter during weekend hours and both diagnosed her and raised our awareness about what signs to look for to ensure she improves. We insisted on seeing her again a few days later and she encouraged us to take our daughter to ER which was a potentially life saving call. She was kind, warm, thoughtful, comprehensive in her exam and analysis. When we asked to see her again, she was booked but made space for us. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Excellent care and attention to detail. Our son is a week old and I feel confident he is in the best possible hands with Dr. Svensson and her staff. She is warm, caring, and an exceptional physician who pays close attention to every detail.

We've been with Dr. Svensson since my twin girls were born as premies 14 years ago! Dr.Svensson is always, caring, attentive and wonderful in every way. She is supportive and takes the stress out of going to the doctor. She makes the entire experience enjoyable. We love her and can't recommend her more!

Dr. Svensson is the best. Both of my sons have been seeing her since they were born and we all love her. She is very sweet with kids, patient and knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. Her staff are also super friendly and always try their best - whether it is to accommodate urgent appointments or make shots less scary. Many thanks to this wonderful practice!

Wonderful, clean environment. Dr. Svensson is one of the most caring, attending doctors at Weil (West Side). Dr. Svensson's exams are thorough and you can ask her any questions or address any concerns a million times and she will answer each time as the first, with attentiveness.

Dr Svensson is very positive, friendly and accessible. We have been patients of hers for over a year and have appreciated her accessibility and calmness of advice when needed. The visit process has also gotten better, with the the time in the waiting room significantly reduced since we first went, which is something that working parents appreciate immensely.
