Knows his stuff but is incredibly arrogant and rude. Rushes in and out and couldn't be bothered to answer any questions I had. Easily the rudest dr I have ever experienced. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Styles is a very thorough and caring doctor.
DR. Styles examined me and wanted to make sure his diagnosis was accurate, so he ordered Xrays and an MRI for my knee..Therefore, I feel secure and safe with all his results.

Completely Misdiagnosed - Avoid at all costs!
I want to warn others of my near loss of my leg due to Dr. Styles complete misdiagnosis. I fell in June 22 & went to the Putnam Hospital ER with a mix of numbness & excruciating, radiating pain from my knee to toes. I had xrays & a CT which showed fractures in my tibia, fibula, a damaged (later known to be severed PCL & disconnected LCL) & suspected nerve damage due to my symptoms. The ER debated on keeping me overnight for emergency surgery in the AM but decided to send me off on crutches, a full leg brace & instructions to make an appt. asap & informing that I need an MRI for full diagnosis. So I did & saw Dr. Styles. He required xrays (less than 24hrs later) & his tech was awful! She had ZERO regard for my injuries & jolted me around excessively without any care which should have been my 1st sign. Meeting Dr. Styles, he was completely dismissive to my q's & I had to press for an MRI - he reluctantly agreed but never did even w/it scheduled! He advised me to BEND my knee which I now

I’ve been very satisfied with Dr Styles treatment. I’ve seen him for problems with my knees and he has never pressed for surgery which many drs do. I most recently had to have rotator cuff surgery and am very pleased with my results. He has always taken his time to explain what he would be doing and answered any questions I have had.

Shoulder visit
Dr. Styles was quick to get an xray done and tell me about it. I had to get a cortisone shot. I've heard they can be painful. I didn't feel a thing. I will recommend him to anyone who mentions they are lookng for a orthopaedist.

Very condescending & egotistical attitude. Three times I said, "Can I just finish asking you a question" because he would just cut me off. Asked him if he could compare a previous CD of my mothers films as to now to see if she's worse and was told "No I can't, that won't help me". Tried telling him about 2 injuries that happened to her and couldn't even get the word "Whiplash" out. Tried asking if CBD oil would help (she's 90) and was cut off before I word D out and was told, I don't want to hear anything about it. I guess he was just interested in pushing her on his "Partner" for pain management. Not that that would have been a bad thing but seems to be him goal. Couldn't even ask if he felt a upright walker would be better for her, he just walked out when I was trying to ask him. I don't know how he is as a surgeon but his ethics are the worse I've seen. Now I know why my daughter said she'd never date any doctors at her job because they have a "God Complex".

Bad communicator, rude and uncaring. Would prefer to do surgery, but not have to deal with patients and their questions before or after surgery. Misrepresented length of required work absence as well as length and severity of incision scars. Can't believe nobody else had a bad experience here. Does it seem suspicious to anybody else that he got 14 positive reviews, but only one person left a comment besides me? Suspicious! I'm thinking false positives!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Styles and his receptionist Nici. They fit us in the same day for a second opinion on my son's fracture. Dr. Styles was great with my 8 year old son & really made my husband and I feel very confortable.
