Poor Schedule Management
Dr. Troy is a great doctor, however, after Covid, it became impossible to get an appt for a yearly exam (although the practice is still accepting new patients). I moved to a different doctor because 'yearly' exams where only available every 16-18 months - and you are on a waiting list for at least 6 months.

No thanks
How is this practice still open? Nearly impossible to get an appointment and when you do the staff acts annoyed and rude. Then to top it off, the doctor dismisses your concerns. Waste of time.

Dr Troy delivered my 2nd child in 2015 via emergency c-section and I couldn't have asked for a better Dr! He was there the majority of my labor in 2020 with my son and I was super happy to have him again! Very good bedside manners and helps put your mind at ease.

Excellent
He’s a great ob-gyn. He’s always sure to ask how you’re doing not only medically wise but in life. He makes sure you understand everything. I have been seeing him since I was pregnant with my twelve yr old. I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

Dr. Troy is a fine OB/GYN, but unfortunately, after 25 years as his/Dr. Jacobson’s patient, I need to leave. It is because when I called recently for an appointment, the person said he was full and I couldn’t make an appointment. They would call me back when I could schedule. It’s been over a month. What?! They don’t schedule our past 3 months? I really don’t want to be treated this way, so I am going with MainLine Health Riddle Group. Dr. Troy, I hope you can rectify this silliness because you are losing loyal, life long patients due to your front office staff and you are probably unaware.

I personally Like Dr. Troy, but I am having a problem trying to get an appointment, I received a letter from them dated 4/8/16, reminding me to make my appointment, it told me to call on or about 5/19/16, well I did not get the letter until the last week of may, and when I called to make appointment, I was asked what date was on my letter. As of today they are still telling me to call back next week, were filled, and again was told to call back for August.
