Did not spend any time explaining or talking. Felt like I was on an assembly line. Rushed in, rushed through process, and rushed out. Very rough. Felt like a politician with his talking points as he left. 10 hrs later still constant bleeding drops from appendage. (app wont allow name of body part).

Cystoscopy
I visited Dr. Koziel about a year ago and in the initial examination he was abrupt and was not interested. It could be that he is looking for the more important people but when I had blood in my urine I was concerned! He reluctantly suggested a cystoscopy. When I cam back there were two female assistants and when Dr. Koziel entered in his manner of in a hurry and not caring he acted like he just wanted get it over with!! The nurse helping was very nice and helpful. Dr. Blamed her for something he did imedietly rammed the scope in to my appendage giving extreme pain as he tore into the uretha and blaming the nurse for not prepping properly. She retaliated and he forced had of I told him to stop! He withdrew and disappeared with the other nurse. Blood poured out of my appendage with great pain which followed!! The nurse was embarrassed and tried to help! I never went back there again and after a year I am still bleeding. I’ll leave it to you as to what you want to do.

Would NOT recommend
Asked ‘do you want the short or long answer’ as soon as he walked in the room. He had no interest in diagnosing or treating me!

Dr Koziol is wonderful! He removed my right kidney due to a cancerous mass, he has a great bedside manner, just a good person and a great surgeon. Can never contact his office….never.

Dr Koziol is the best. He did my prostrate biopsy and my Spaceoar in preparation for prostrate cancer radiation /no side effects or complications whatsoever Would highly recommend him and team centra????

Medication had bad side effects. Tried for 3+ weeks to get 4 questions answered. Left messages, no answers to questions. Finally they call & suggest set up another appointment. Terrible customer service.
