Caring Anesthesiologist
Dr. Hybarger was my anesthesiologist during a recent emergency eye surgery. Since it was an emergency, I was not able to visit with him before the surgery day. He visited me in OR prep and explained exactly what he would be doing, what I shouid expect before and after surgery, and answered all my questions. He did not seem rushed at all and took all the time I needed. I temporarily had lost the sight in both eyes, so it was disconcerting to talk to him without seeing him. But he made me feel comfortable and was cordial and comforting. Throughout the surgery (for which I was awake) he kept checking on me and updating where we were in the process and how much longer it would be. He repeatedly checked to make sure I was comfortable. He also took seriously my concern about being nauseous post surgery and made sure that would not be a problem. Dr. Hybarger is the best anesthesiologist I have seen and I highly recommend him. A++ doctor!
