Dr. Steven Havard, MD

My experience was excellent. Dr. Havard reviews your test results methodically. He listens. He talks unhurriedly. All these are so important. I also want to add this: The office staff is so very pleasant. Such a great contrast from some of the other places I have been to.

I would recommend Dr. Havard to anyone who needs to see a cardiologist. He’s extremely knowledgeable. And he cares & listens to his patients! You never feel rushed. Been with him for over seven years without any complaints. Great support staff also!

I have been a patient of Dr. Havard's for at least 5 years now and I have always trusted his judgment, his diagnosis of everything going on with me. His staff is wonderful and that is so very important. A physician can be a great one but if the staff is mean or incompetent, it can cause one to never return. I have done that with other physicians. I will continue to be a patient at Havard Heart for a very long time. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Havard several years , he’s very knowledgeable about the heart stays up to date on the technology very efficient ! He takes the time to listen explains things throughly that makes me feel at ease , he sincerely cares about every patient ! Very incompetent office staff who has no regard for patients well being or respect of their time. I scheduled an appt on 11/4 and was not informed at the time that I needed a preauthorization for the echo stress test I was supposed to have today. I received an automated call on 11/10 to confirm my appointment. I showed up today and was told that I was called in regards to needing a preauthorization. I never received a call or message regarding this and took off a half day of work. I’ve checked my phone bill and the only calls made to or from are the dates above, I can prove it. Mackenzie, front office staff, is either lying or is outright bad at her job. Now I'm left without an appt that I needed for my own well-being and no one in this office seemed to care or have concern for a patient. Athena, the office manager, cut me off to defend her incompetent staff when I tried to explain the issue. It’s a shame Dr Havard has such unfeeling staff working for him because I’m sure he’s a great

Dr Havard is exceptionally knowledgeable as well as compassionate. Spends time with patients . Explains in great detail Every thing about ones malady and what one can do and expect in treatment. SAVED MY LIFE!

Dr Havard and staff are courteous, professional, and accommodating. Front staff scheduled me within a timely manner and were welcoming to ALL of my questions as a new patient. My visit with Dr. Havard did not feel rushed. He LISTENED to my health complaints and concerns (I have high anxiety anytime I have to visit a doctor’s office) and he took the time to explain, educate me and put me on the path to better health. I would and HAVE recommended Dr. Havard to close friends and family members.

Highly recommended! My first interaction was via telephone. The staff member was very cordial, professional and I received my pre-visit paperwork as indicated. Upon arrival at the office, the staff member greeted me with a smile. The office was clean. The professional staff were very professional and made me feel at ease during my testing. Dr. Havard introduced himself. He made me feel at ease, did not make me feel like he was rushing my appointment and appeared genuinely concerned.

Doctor uses state of the art. excellent diagnostic equipment, with an experienced staff to go along with it. They take their time with every patient, ensuring excellent care, and treatment options.

Dr. Harvard has been my DR. for 5 or 6 years. He is one of the best Heart Dr. that I know. I drive from Joshua Tx to Mansfield Tx to see him. I have recommend him to other people. I trust him fully with my life and health.
