Dr burack listens and is very caring

I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr Burack. He went over various options for me and explains everything. The staff is always very nice and accommodating.

Office is always accommodating. Dr. Burack listens to your concerns and makes recommendations that address them. Has successfully alleviated both Lumbar and Cervical Spine issues.

Little interaction. Dr had no empathy for pain , no “bedside” manner. Did not send RX to my pharmacy

Saw Dr Burak as a new patient. Before he even came in the room he complained about how much paperwork I had (3 mri reports). He never introduced himself. He did not look at my mri scans, or the reports he complained about. He did not listen to me and argued that there is “nothing surgical” about me- despite me telling him that surgeons from Johns Hopkins and Paley Institute, among others, recommended surgery on both my cervical and thoracic spine. I’m putting off surgery and have had 8 epidural injections and have gone to PT since 2019- which is what I wanted today. I was told my insurance needs pre-authorization for injections. I’ve never needed that before, and I called BCBS upon leaving and I still do not need it. Basically I wasted a $40 co pay. This doctor did not listen, made jokes, poked me and asked if it hurt, and then basically said there is nothing wrong with me. I will be sticking to actual surgeons doing forward, and I will not be going back to this office.

Dr. Burack is a man of God who chose him for his excellent healing and compassion.

Dr. Burack is a very compassionate and helpful doctor. He's been extremely helpful in diagnosing my back pain and designing a treatment plan that has me getting more and more mobile as each day passes. When I started treatment about two months ago, I had difficulty walking short distances, but yesterday I walked 6 miles. Dr. Burack recommended physical therapy which as been a huge help! I highly recommend Dr. Burack.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Burack and his staff. They are very caring and take the time to explain issues and answer questions in terms that you can understand.

It’s great going the wait time is about 10 min and then Dr Burack is so nice he listens to you and takes the time to talk to you about your problem to help you.i would recommend him highly.

Dr. Burack went out of his way to relieve my pain quickly. He was kind and gentle. He and his staff were professional and caring. I'm soo glad that I saw him.

Dr. Burack ordered an MRI of my cervical spine that he said was "probably overkill". The results, a copy of which I have, revealed 3 herniated discs. When I followed up with him, he came in, looked at the MRI disc, with no explanation, and had the nurse hand me a prescription for physical therapy. I requested he return to the room for an explanation regarding my pain. He said I have "a little arthritis and inflammation", making no mention of the disc herniations. I will not be returning.

I complained about back pain. The office insisted I get an MRI. Then his office used a fluoroscope to guide a series of injections. And this week that call me to tell I could get several more shots. First of all, the shots didn't help. Recent findings state an MRI is not necessary (an extra out of pocket expense for me), and a fluoroscope is not needed if the doctor is experienced. I never got to see the chief spine doctor. What a waste of time and money.

Dr. Burack is a determined, caring and excellent healthcare professional.

The day that I found this office was one of the luckiest days of my life. I love Dr. Burack and his staff are wonderful. I never have to wait long to get into the examination room and he has relieved my pain time and time again. Don't know what I did without him.
