Dr. Alan Gruskin, DO

Likable attentive staff...felt I was in good hands. Learned more about my condition that has already proved advantageous. I am grateful to Dr. Gruskin for his care and expertise.

Dr. Gruskin office manager is by far the most rudest individual I have ever encountered, she is not friendly and not willing to help out his patients I would not recommend anyone to go to this office. A lot of his patients has left because of his incompetence and the office manager lack of empathy.

I have finally found a doctor that cares more about his patients than the bureaucracy surrounding the medical field now a days. A truly caring physician that restores some of my faith in the medical community.

Dirty office, unfriendly staff, opportunistic doctor, very very long wait time. Go somewhere else!. I have waited 5 hours with excruciating pain as a new patient to be seen at 8:35PM. He finally walks in and proceeded to entering data from the reports I managed to send them previously. Once done, he hands me a prescription and asks me to schedule another appointment for physical. He did not perform a new patient physical assessment as he supposed to nor did he ask me about my pain and issues under the excuse that it was getting late. So why keep me waiting for 5hours. As a Cervical spinal cord injury patient, my body locked up hands and feet on me and couldn’t move. They failed to call my emergency contact. They failed to call 911 on my behalf because my hands were close shut. Gruskin and his office manager Sonia proceeded on leaving me helpless Outside their office trying to reach my car to seek refuge from that scary area at 9pm. Although i was in no condition to drive.

Just outstanding doctor. Caring, and he listens. when I became ill, I've seen many physicians, what a disapointment, they don't seem to care , just get in and get out. Dr. Gruskin listens, and really cares.. This doctor is old school medicine with a fantastic bedside manor. The staff is so on the ball, very competent and friendly

I saw Alan Gruskin years ago and he did absolutely nothing to help me. He should have referred me to Physical Therapy an”chose not to. I’m not doing well physically because of him. Don’t go to him!!!

Dr Gruskin is well educated in matters of pain. H spends as much time is as necessary with his patients. Staff are wonderful, polite and return calls.Dr Gruskin is compasonate and understanding. Makes me feel comfortable and answers all questions

Dr. Alan Gruskin is amazing! He has helped me so much. I was suffering in so much pain from a very serious infection and he has helped me get my life back. His office staff are wonderful and caring and so is he. He spends an ample amount of time with each one of his patients and I truly feel like he cares. I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Gruskin and his incredible staff.

The problem was not because of him, it was his OFFICE people. I had 2 appointments with him, referred from one of my other doctors for pain mgt. All was totally fine, everyone was sweet and understanding, UNTIL i needed some assistance with medication, his OFFICE STAFF ladies miscommunicated my message to the dr. -ended up to be my fault -He didn't even ck with me to find out what really happened. Those ladies ruined it for me unfortunately and because of them, he won't see me now. SO upset

I saw this clown over 20 years ago. I had 6 back surgeries. I was receiving some narcotic.. He was having trouble (He told me) with his wife. But we got along well! So after all this time and lots of P/T and different doctors. I went back. His wife still told him when he could go the bathroom and who and when he could see! He he didn't remember me. Liar! He was like a beaten puppy now. His wife ran the office like it was hell. Still the awful woman at the window. Terrible office! He ignores u!

I saw Dr Gruskin for help with my peripheral neuropathy pain. I wanted to stop taking Lyrica because of the bad side effects and to instead be moved to a Med with less side effects. My initial office visit was less than 15 minutes and he spent more time typing on his computer than even looking at me.He did not conduct any type of exam whatsoever . when I subsequently had a serious side effect to the Med he prescribed he failed to return my phone calls - I thought I was having a stroke
