The worst!
I saw Dr. Salzer quite a while ago and he was arrogant and dismissive. He did the most rushed, perfunctory nasal endoscopy I'd ever had, more concerned in dictating to his assistant. I brought lab reports from a previous doctor, Salzer said the results of the reports were inaccurate, though it clearly showed I'd had a staph infection. When I disputed his claims he said my other doctor was wrong and he'd call to tell him so! To make matters worse he then referred me to a neurologist he claimed was top notch. My second mistake was to go to her. What a joke. She was as bad as him. Stay away!

As a lifelong sufferer from sinus and a user of sleep apnea CPAP I recently underwent surgery to install the battery and stimulus wire for the Inspire procedure. I was treated by Dr Elise Cheung.. beyond her attentiveness and pleasantness during the extensive consultations prior to surgery her surgical skills were top class. I had minimal discomfort for 24 hours I'm from then on a perfect recovery. I must thoroughly recommend Dr Cheung for prospective patients.

Awful
Awful service. Medical hack. Office staff is rude. Dr and nurse talk AT you and do not take the time to talk to the patient and understand why you are there. The visits are rushed as all they are interested in is billing for services and not taking care of their patients. Plus, take off those hazmat suits! They are the only medical office wearing hazmat suits and look ridiculous as well as making patients feel like we are riddled with diseases! Make you waste time taking tests for things you did not go there for. I would never recommend going here.

A friend recommended Dr. Salzer to me because I had a lump on my neck, originally my primary doctor sent me for an ultra sound of my neck which didn't show a clear picture so they were going to send me for an MRI. Instead of going for the MRI I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Salzer. When I went to his office his entire staff was very pleasant and I just loved Dr. Salzer he did a biopsy and it came back benign. Going forward I will always use Dr. Salzer as my ENT and would recommend him to everyone.

I was 150% impressed by Dr. Salzer today. I was there for my first visit, was very concerned about my now raspy voice and was dreading having a throat probe procedure. From the start, he was incredibly comforting, friendly, reassuring and calming. He answered every question thoroughly, made it clear HOW I should let him know if I became uncomfortable, and then did the procedure --with reassurances throughout--without my being uncomfortable. He is exceptional and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is definitely one of the best doctors I have had in my 70 years!

Dr. Salzer is an incredibly skilled and kind doctor. His explanations are clear, and he is extremely concerned with the comfort of the patient. He listens, acknowledges the patient's issues, and provides information that is clear and easy to understand. When I had to call the office with questions, the staff could not have been more helpful and courteous. I am very grateful to Dr. Salzer and his staff for helping me with my sinus issues!

Was not impressed with this doctor. He is too busy dictating notes to untrained nurses who don't seem to speak English. The entire time, I felt like I was being completely ignored because he was more interested in educating his nurses than he was listening to me as the patient. When I told him my symptoms, he completely disregarded me. They need trained nurses in this office. Will not go back to this doctor.

Recently had Sinusplasty surgery done and Dr. Salzer walked me through every step along the way. We uncovered in my exam that i might have Sleep Apnea, I was horrified to learn that after a few non-surgical approaches I would still require a CPAP aid for my condition. After the first night, I felt better immediately and had the best night's sleep in years. His ability to treat you with compassion, understand the patient's point of view and ensure you stay connected with him is unprecedented.

I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment with this man. When it was turn, he spent 5 minutes with me and explained nothing. He left me with more questions than answers and has an awful way about him. He was aggravated and annoyed from the beginning of my appointment. I had to go back to my primary for her to explain everything to me. This man is a terrible doctor, he is not smart and worst of all he is arrogant.
