Not great. Was a former patient from previous years. I paid quite a bit to wait for 45 minutes, be seen for 5 minutes (REALLY...I'm not even exaggerating. I've never seen any doc in my entire life for that short amount of time, & certainly not an office visit. I've seen ER docs for longer...) Told him I feared throat cancer & he *literally* just stuck a tongue depressor in my mouth for a split second, said I had a canker sore, & left it at that. Never had issues with my tonsils (and I'm a *grandparent*--so, not young) and for over 6 months I have pain, bleeding, redness/swelling of ONE tonsil. Yet he was unconcerned, didn't listen, asked the same question twice (because he wasn't listening to my answer), & didn't even skim the paperwork they had me fill out, where I bulletpoint-ed symptoms. He didn't look into my ears, touch my neck/jaw. *NOTHING*. Now, I'm out $$$ with nothing to show for it, except a script for antibiotics and a very expensive topical cream.

I had a foreign body lodged in my ear for 4 days. My primary care physician recommended I see Dr. Behin for the removal. I walked in without an appointment 15 minutes before the office closed. The front office staff member heard my situation, had me fill out the forms and told me to have a seat! I was so surprised because I thought I was going to be told to come back . Shortly after I was seen. The doctor was friendly and professional. He removed the object immediately! He's the best!

I had visited Dr. Behin because I was not hearing well, he told me that I had lots of wax in both ears. He then use a tool and yanked out the wax in the right ear. He then proceeded to do the same in the left ear. After a few attempts he said the wax was bigger that the ear hole. He then pour a liquid and removed it after a couple of minutes. A day after that procedure I started to get terrible pain. I took motrin but it eases the pain and comes right back. I was not allowed a emergency visit.

I honestly don't want to give it a star at all, but it requires one so 1 star it is. The waiting room of this place is extremely small, people had to stand in the hallway and waiting room. The place is dirty and very out dated. Equipment look as if it has been around for centuries. Nothing in there looks sanitary. This Dr was so rude and unprofessional. He never introduced himself he just asked what's the problem and as I began to speak he's not listening, he begans doing what he wants.

Waiting room is cramped and overbooked. 18 people already on sign in sheet before my 10 o'clock appt. Waited one hour. The doctor did not greet me nor wash his hands upon entering the room. The exam room was dirty. He did not seem that concerned with my problem or solving it. He gave ears nose and throat cursory glance. Perhaps with more serious problems he is more focused I hope so.
