Dr. Goll took the time to review my MRI with me, explained what it indicated and discussed my treatment options. He did not hurry and answered all my questions

After reviewing my x-rays and MRI Dr.Goll gave me a comprehensive and measured plan of treatment for my condition. I'm confident that I am now on my way to recovery.

Dr Gull is an excellent Doctor, very professional and really goes above and beyond to help you. I’ve been having issues with my Sciatic Nerve for months now, and thanks to Dr. Gull my pain sufferings are going away.

Explained how my procedure would be done in Detail

He seems like a nice enough, and an educated practitioner. However, it was just a consult, but if I may offer feedback on contacting the office, I was requesting a physical address with which to mail medical records, only to be transferred to another number. I had to come back in the phone system loop to inquire further identifying my request. Operator seemed annoyed, didn’t ask my purpose and assumed something else. She seemed irritated when I advised her that I didn’t understand why she couldn’t communicate an address, rather than sending me through another answering system. Then she was further annoyed communicating the physical address in Orlando and had to be prompted to confirm and identify if a street road and zip code etc. total lack of customer service. I’m hopeful this is not and indication of the rest of the practice.

Found Dr. Goll and his team very professional and informative. I would highly recommend his practice to my family and friends.

My experience was at the highest level of professionalism to customer service and to the diagnosis. Dr. Goll explained in detail the steps to move forward to improve my symptoms and most of all listen to me related to my symptoms. Dr Goll is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I had surgery for 2 artificial disk replacements. No problems in surgery. Admitted overnight and released the next day without incident or pain! Thank you Dr Goll for such great results! Definitely recommend Dr Goll 10/10.

After seeing PA Thomas Hines 2 times and completion of 8 weeks Physical Therapy I was referred to Dr Goll. He examined me and read Previous x- rays and ordered an MRI which was done today. I am sooo impressed with him and the team and the Orthopaedic facility. Look forward to getting results.

Horrible expo

Dr Goll did major back surgery on me in 2010 and he has truly been a blessing. I will need neck surgery and I totally trust Dr Goll.

Dr. Goll was very patient explaining my lumbar MRI. He’s been my spine doctor for over 10 years and orders what needs to be done. PT for 10 weeks, reviewed his ordered spinal MRI results one vertebrae at a time, ordered a hip MRI that another doctor wasn’t as attentive to, and recommended pain management (as neither of us wanted another surgery). He answered all my questions and is helping to stabilize my flare up.
