Dismissive. Don't receive call backs.

She diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. Was dismissive as if I did not need to see her. Then told me that they do not treat fibromyalgia yet, it is listed on the website as a condition they do in fact treat. Did not suggest any further testing for any of my symptoms. The least thorough doctor I’ve ever been to.

She refused to do a test and I suffered for months until another doctor ordered the test. Then I was able to start my next treatment. Had she done this simple test, it would have saved me months of suffering. Thanks Dr G.

I have been a patient of Dr Gartner’s for about nine years. She has given me a voice in my own treatment. She has called me at home more than once to check in to see how I’m feeling if my test results are not the best. I have had to wait once in awhile, but when you are with Dr Gartner she will give you all the time you need without being rushed. She is great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gartner’s for many years. She is wonderful. She truly listens to me, looks me in the eye and ANSWERS my questions! Her practice is evidence based and patient centered. She has a good bedside manner and a reassuring presence. Her knowledge is comprehensive and she keeps up to date. She is ready to try new things and decisions are made as a team! A little story says a lot - at an early visit I noticed an unusual lapel pin on Dr. G’s labcoat, it’s a “Star Fleet Academy” pin! I love the attitude!

I have been seeing Dr. Gartner-Fanburg for almost two years for an autoimmune disease and I have found her to be fantastic to work with. She is very professional, very thorough, explains things very well, and always gives me all the time I need and never makes our meetings feel rushed. She also is a very nice lady with a sense of humor. I would highly recommend Dr. Gartner to anyone who needs a good Rheumatologist.
