Pain relief
Dr. Biggee took the time to discuss life style changes that would help my arthritis pain in addition to medication. I followed her recommendations for foods to avoid and her recommended podiatrist too and found my pain level much reduced.

Dr Biggee is an amazing caring physician !
During my visits Dr. Biggee always reviews my history and updates me with my current test and lab results, she thoroughly answers all my questions and concerns. She never ends a visit without making sure I am completely informed about what’s going on and what needs to happen next. I wouldn’t know what to do without her!!

Does not treat Fibromyalgia
Telehealth
If you are looking for treatment for Fibromyalgia, look elsewhere. The patient intake coordinator told me that ' no one specializes in Fibromyalgia and that all they would do was refer me to a 'Pain management clinic' and made several inaccurate comments about the causes of fibromyalgia that lead me to believe that they do not consider it a real medical condition and would provide me with no treatment options. There was no empathy and very little understanding for this debilitating condition and no accountability for the fact that they supposedly specialize in rheumatological conditions, of which this is one, but yet do not take it seriously and are not able to provide any guidance on who actually will treat it.

Above and Beyond
Dr Biggee goes above and beyond to help her patients, especially with the intersection of difficult illnesses with limited treatments. She’s constantly learning and following the latest research. She’s willing to form a partnership with her patients and learn from them as well. She also admits when she doesn’t know something or doesn’t know what to do.

Dr Biggee
Dr Bigge has tried every medication available to control my Ankylosin Spondolosis. Nothing helped. I saw her today and she showed so much empathy about my situation. She tried everything with me. Not her fault. She was so kind with this discussion. She is amazing. So knowledgable and compassionate. I wish she was around when my disease first started. I also wish the current medications were available at that time. I had seen 2 other rheumatologists when my issues started but they were both unable to diagnose me. Sad...

Dr Beth Biggee is wonderful. She never makes me feel rushed and I always feel heard when I see her which is saying a lot, given how understandably overwhelmed most doctors are these days due to Covid. Dr. Biggee went out of her way on my recent visit, helping me to get an appointment with another doctor (i.e., a colleague of hers in a health area unrelated to rheumatology). She even gave me a second name, if the first person didn’t have time to see me! Her efforts were above and beyond. I am so thankful to have her as my rheumatologist. She is as caring as she is knowledgeable; a very special combination.
