Excellent and Through.
I use to a patient of Dr. Oddman's and I loved her. To the point, ask several questions and thorough examinations. She rushed me to see an oncologist when I had a legion on my breast. She took the matter seriously and her office had me booked within hours at the Oncologist. It ended up being a form of skin cancer on my breast but was caught fast. I was going through a lot of stress caring for a mother with Cancer and Dr Oddman was understanding.

An Entire Day Wasted Waiting
Today, would have been my first appointment with this doctor. My wife, had an appointment at 11 am wasn't seen until 12:30. Mind you ,prior to this 11 am appointment my wife saw Dr.Cino at 9:30 am, she completed her appointment and was checked out by 10:15. The wait for my wife alone was over two hours. My appointment was at 1 pm . I waited until 1:45 ,then left. The staff kept coming in the waiting area for over two hours telling us that we'll be seen next. Put some RESPECT on our time. We have jobs. Being a cancer patient has required FMLA and lots of time away from work. I've never experienced this at UM in the 4 years i've been seeing Dr. Jason Martin Liebowitz. No worries , I'll take my time and business elsewhere! Lastly, the patient experience team is ineffective, please don't suggest that I contact them.

I would not recommend her - You are asked to arrive 15 minutes early . Then you get to wait a additional 25 minutes on top of that to see her tech who tells you how there are only two techs for three Doctors and she is taking your Bp while talking to people in the hall way . Finally, I get to see the Dr. and tell that her tech was snippy and she basically says that's never happened and goes forward to give a 10 min physical. She has very little compassion or care for anyone else time. I will not return . Lisa

Dr. Oddman and her staff are wonderful. On one occassion I did wait 30-45 min to be seen but it was more of a clerical error than a lagging schedule. You can tell Dr. Oddman really cares about her patients and practices in a professional manner.
