I've had nothing but bad experiences with the rudeness of the front desk ladies. I had an appointment on 3-4-25 with Ashley for a pre-op. The young lady at the front desk with the long black hair was very rude and unprofessional standing and arguing with me telling me that my pre-op paperwork had not been received. When I said to her that I would speak with Ashley, she said to me, you do that, she's going to tell you the same. Had she taken the time to speak with Ashley first, she would have known that the paperwork had been received. Once my surgery has been done, I have ALL intentions of searching for a new provider. I'm tired of the rudeness.

He’s understanding, listens when I talk to him explains his decisions. Gives great advice and recommendations

I absolutely LOVE this office, they are an overarching GenMed practice. I met them 4-5 yrs ago and they have been incredibly attentive. Spending ample time with me at each appointment no matter how significant or insignificant it was. They are absolutely thorough, working to cover every base. Albeit I am not good at 'following instructions' like going to see the referrals for preventative consultations. They do make sure they at least make the recommendations. I believe that as a Dr's Office the can be as involved or not involved as the patient wants them to be. Fortunately, my health is ok and it's my choice to have them be involved as needed. For others I know there is great follow up to appointments and for results.The staff is incredibly attentive also, in fact, I just called in to have my meds adjusted and refilled and was attended to immediately. This kind of practice is hard to find in the world of managed healthcare. I highly recommend them and would tell you to read

Dr Schertzer is a very knowledgeable doctor, always reviews how you are doing. Makes sure you a referred to specialists if needed. He has a pleasant demeanor so you feel comfortable in his presence. He has been consistently placed as one of the top 50 physicians in Broward County for decades. The office staff he has are team players to his practice and reliable and professional, so they reflect his experience as a competent professional.

Quick service, knowledgeable doctor. Has helped as well years ago when I was hospitalized.

Despite being fully booked, Dr Schertzer was able to squeeze me in when I was in need of his medical expertise.

It was a great visit he and i gad a chance to spend some time he a great doctor and he like to help out

Been going to Dr. Schertzer since 2011.

Dr Schertzer is wonderful but the wait time is very long. He does take his time with you. Maybe the appts should be every 30 mins.

It was Telemedicine call since I am home bound but it was still great like an office doctor! He takes the time to listen and is very thorough.

He is An excellent doctor with vast knowledge and he cares about his patients

Yearly check up

Called to make an appointment because I am coughing for almost 2 weeks and having a Negative pcr COVID test and I was told they won`t be able to see me in the office because they do not want to catch any Flu, or cold...I am just wondering why are they doctors? I never heard about something like this. Very disappointed and looking for another doctor.

Scheduled an appointment via phone, was emailed a 14 page form to fill out which I did, waited over a week for my appointment, arrived early, waited to check in, when it was my turn attendant behind window stated that there was another form to fill out and I accomplished that also. One of the questions on it was "what were my symptoms"? I checked fever, attendant saw that and took my temperature and told me I did Not have a fever. Ok however I don't feel well I told her and thought that I might. She then proceeded to tell me that the Doctor would Not see me because I checked the box that I had a fever. I also told her that I was vaccinated and recently tested for Covid in case that was a concern for them. Why did they make me wait a week, fill out 15 pages of forms, take time off from work so that the doctor could see me and then tell me he would not see me because I incorrectly checked the wrong box?? Extremely unprofessional at best. Good luck to them!

First time coming to his practice , he seems like an excellent doctor, very thorough (which is exactly what I was looking for). The two medical assistants that saw me were great as well, wish I noted their names. The only downside, was the long wait that I experienced, however that could be down to the day or hour. Overall a good experience.

i have no ideab what the dr is like but sone nasty rude disrespectful jerk who did not persent humself upon my very polite call and finally said gary is his name but then yelled over me and was a total a.... all i did was very calmly asked for the administrator or the office manager so i could ask some questions see if the is the right dr for me and he would not answer me and made me say it again then said what do you need, i had to ask him if he was the mgr or administrator. still no answer juys spweing trash from his mouth. non stop telline me he has no time for games. it actually happens that i am a licensed professional cliniccal psychotherapist who was looking for a good dr near my home. and this doctor should know WHAT A JERK HS HAS ANSWERING THE PHONE. BUYER BEWARE!!!! UNLESS YOU LIKE ABUSE DO NOT GO THERE.
