He does only the minimum with a very uncaring distracted attitude. He violated patient confidentiality by discussing my issues with another non-medical person. When I called to complain I was totally dismissed. Most of the staff at BSW are lazy except for the older AA gentleman at the check-in desk. I will not be returning there for any care.

I was referred by my Cardiologist to Dr. Chen. I called and made an appointment as a new patient. On my first visit things went well and I felt comfortable with the Dr. Before leaving the office I was directed to an office where I was given an unsolicited proposal for the practice"s new concierge physician plan which I was not interested in. after my second visit with the Dr. I was told if I didn't become a concierge member I would not have access to Dr. Chen but would be seen by his PA.

I really like Dr. Chen. Is listens to me and takes the time to answer questions and explain anything that I may ask about. He is never in a hurry to move on. I have seen him for many years now.
