I've been Dr. Moores patient for the past 15 yrs. Today was totally unexpected..After arriving to my confirmed and pre checked in scheduled appt I was told by Dr. Moores receptionest that Dr Moore was not going to see me for pap exam. The reason given was because of my Medicare insurance. Only if I had a problem would she see me.There was no ph call attempt by her staff to advise me of this ahead of my appt. I wasted my time and gas driving 35 min. for a appt. that was never there! Her excuse..we've been so busy and just didn't have a chance to call you. Dr. Moore does not care for patients. Just insurance money!

I thought I was her patient for 6 years, but the way I was spoken to and ignored regarding an abnormal mammogram, proved otherwise. When I called crying and scared I was told I was overreacting. After finding my own surgeon, I was diagnosed with Stage IIB breast cancer. Results were sent to her, and I never heard one word from her or her staff. I was so disappointed and hurt.

This doctor is very rude and rushes you out of the office as quickly as possible. She doesn't take the time to answer questions, and I had an appointment set up and they cancelled it without notifying me. I will never go back to this doctor again and I recommend that you find another doctor and use her as a last resort. Horrible experience.
