The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. Krista, that verifies your insurance, does not call your insurance she just assumes everything is 20 80. Krista was corrected by the insurance company by the HR department that provides the insurance and by the patient's mother that she had not read the insurance correctly. When Krista and staff were made aware of their mistake, they refuse to see it. They love to Gaslight people. They will refuse to let the doctor see you they will threaten you with a $50 cancellation charge. The only thing they gave me was high blood pressure and a headache.
