Dr. Sobia Nasir, MD

Ive been seen at this doctors office three times so far and each time the wait was long, but not like today. I arrived at my apt 15 minuets early, I had been waiting in the lobby and kept seeing other patients getting seen that arrived after me. I went to the front to check on why I had not been called in the 45 minutes total I had been here and it looked like the front desk secretary began to barely write my information on the sheet and take it to the back.. I had been waiting for 30 mins on an apt that would not have happened if I did not go up to ask. They called me to the back within 5 mins of letting them know I was still here. They refunded my copay as they set the apt as an annual after the issue. I went ahead and raised the stars to two after refund. I was hoping this doctors office would be the right fit, but now I am very disappointed. If you do go to this doctor's office make sure to go on a day with plenty of time and nothing to do. The worst medical staff. VERY rude, unprofessional, no phone etiquette. Does not address your needs, but so quick to double bill and will give you the run around. Will never recommend to anyone.

She cares about me as a patient

Absolutely great care. I don't agree with other reviewers, the clinic is pretty clean and looks updated. I don't have to wait long and doctor is good. Would recommend to family and friends also.

She is a very good Doctor, and has taken great care of me now for 3 years. Always on top of any health or medical issues I have.

Terrible. Poor communication, badly trained staff, double billing, questionable competence. Will cost me significant $ in extra blood test costs. Facility looks like a Medicaid place (in poor condition and dirty).

Showed up 20 min early to fill out paperwork. Waited for an hour, staff never called on me for anything. Never took down my insurance information, didn't ask me to fill out any paperwork, and didn't ask for any form of identification. I guess it's no wonder that this clinic always has availabilitys. Would never return.

I've not had a veru good experience with Dr Nasir. First, there are real issues to do with punctuality and communication, I have always been made to wait over 2 hours after the appointment time. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for over 10 minutes. I went for a mammogram as part of my wellness exam and I was told that I would get a phone call if there were any issues. I didn't get a phone call, I got a scary letter from the imaging center instead. Dr Nasir has shown no care or concern.
