Disappointing Experience with Dr. Wilfredo Munoz c
I took my mother to see Doctor Wilfredo Munoz clinic on 09-16-2024 for lab results only. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Long wait times exceeding 3 ½ hours, rude staff, no structure and lack of communication. This situation left me feeling frustrated, neglected. I hope the office can address these issues to improve patient care.

Terrible!
Unbearable long wait time only for the doctors to talk to you for less than 5 minutes. Hurts my heart that they to this to the elderly. Unsanitary rooms and so many unnecessary labs. 0 stars.

unfortunately the receptionist or the person at the counter is very pessimistic and rude when treating the patient if she is not in the mood to work or does not like her job, she must give that opportunity to people who are really interested in having a job and taking care to the patient in a polite and professional way since we are there by appointment and for health reasons not to be treated like nobody cares for you apparently she said the doctor got an emergency and went to the hospital to take care of someone my question is why she didn't call ahead of time to let me know my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to doctor emergency I lost one day at work she is the worst, she files documents of the patients and as a receptionist If the doctor doesn't fire her soon, he will lose a lot of patients including myself.

My issue is with the office staff rather than Dr Munoz (who I think is a wonderful and extremely proficient medical practitioner). I'd give him 5 stars, but alas, here we are. I'm Medicaid patient and required medications that were not first-line medications and required pre-authorization from Medicaid before I could get them. I initially called my insurance provider multiple times and they have not received the pre-auth, I call the office and they say they will at the end of the week. At the end of the week, I called Medicaid who informed they did not send it (I called and they said they will "soon"). I called a few more times with similar results, but my insurance provider also called to ask what was the issue and they were informed the medical staff were using the wrong fax to submit (no problem, mistakes happen). It's been nearly 3 weeks and I have yet to get my medication. They keep telling me they sent it, when I feel like they're committing the same error and submitting via
