Dr. So Wong, MD

I really like Dr. Wong and love Nadine. The office staff, however, is just as these other posters claimed. The other day one of them (I don’t know her name) called my house and left a message with my husband. My husband asked who she was and said she was so very rude to him on the phone. What’s with that? Sadly, Dr. Wong is retiring. She and Nadine will be greatly missed. The office staff, though, should find a very hard time getting a new job.

Have been going here for many years and have found Dr Wong to be so kind and caring. Nadine her nurse is the best. However, the woman at the front desk is the rudest, most condescending person you can imagine. Just hope you don’t have any questions because you will be treated like you are annoying and stupid. Don’t know why she keeps her. I refuse to stop seeing such a great doctor because of her, but I wonder if she loses other patients due to her.

Dr Wong and her nurse are the best. They make you feel important. Unfortunately however, her front staff Dorothy is the rudest , most uncaring, sarcastic and unprofessional staff I have ever met.

Absolutely love Dr. Wong! She delivered all three of my children and was compassionate when I miscarried twice. After an annual office visit today, I feel that a review on the office staff is necessary. Nadine is wonderful, she is personable, attentive and a warm soul. Dorothy at the front desk, however is none of those qualities, she is awful. She is condescending, rude and down right disrespectful. I am bothered that she can act in this manner as she is the “gate keeper” to appointments and general office management.I sincerely hope she encounters a person such as herself when she is vulnerable and questioning medical information or scheduling appointments. That would be the only way she could see how terrible of a person she truly is. I am happy that at this point in my life I am only going to Dr Wong once a year and have little contact with her, once a year is more than enough. I am honestly saddened that this is acceptable behavior in an reputable doctor’s office.

Best doctor I have ever been to…THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Today was my first visit and I couldn’t be happier. Nurse Nadine and Dr Wong are top notch. From the moment I walked in the doctor’s office I felt welcomed by these two angels. They genuinely care about their patients, they’re the epitome of professionalism, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. Thank you both for your concern and excellent, quality care provided. You are making a real difference in people’s life…..especially mine. Thank you

Dr. Wong has been my obgyn since I started needing yearly exams. Unfortunately, I have had to call and go in more frequently, due to infertility issues and I absolutely DREAD it every time. Dorothy is the absolute rudest, most condescending, and heartless woman I have ever encountered. No matter if I have a simple question, need to schedule an appt., or am just checking in for results, she makes me feel inadequate to the point of tears on several occasions. She is never apologetic, sympathetic, or understanding of any situation. If you want warmth, consideration, and people who are on your side to help you through challenging times, do not come here. Dr. Wong allows her to act this way is the worst part of all. In the midst of my current issues, I am forced to look elsewhere for care. I refuse to be treated in such a disgusting way.

Dr. Wong is a great physician who I’ve been going to for many years. I’m sad to say her staff member Dorothy and the receptionist are not polite and can’t be bothered with questions. Switching doctors the attitude towards patients and unwillingness to help or have compassion are too much. Dorothy said "if it says it is positive for pregnancy then it is..... no emergency" to a family member that is pregnant for the first time. No greeting from the reception when you arrive. She can't even give you the time to look up.

Dr. Wong is agreat physician who I’ve been going to for many years. I’m sad to say one staff member Dorothy is not polite and can’t be bothered with questions. Considering switching doctors I’m tired of the constant poor attutude towards patients and unwillingness to help.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wong for over 20 years. She's a great doctor and always takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. I moved to South Jersey years ago and I still travel to Clark for my appointments. I wouldn't even think of going to anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr Wong for 15 years. The best bed side manner and always takes the time to speak with me and go over my history. I drive 35 minutes to see her and would not think of going to another GYN. Very talented Doctor.

Office staff is kind and accommodating. I have been going to Dr. Wong for ~10 years and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. The appointments are straight and to the point. Dr. Wong discusses everything with you in a way that's easy to understand.
