I unfortunately had to switch doctors in 2018 due to distance. I had been with Dr. Ambarus for 10 years & I always felt comfortable with her. Dr. Ambarus was attentive to any concern or question I had. You are in great hands if you are her patient. Its been 4 years now since I’ve been treated by her and I still miss being her patient!

Good doctor, she attends very well, but it is difficult to have an appointment with her, the attention of the hospital where she receives the patients, it is very bad attention, it is impossible to get to her ..., bad attention from her team.

I really like Dr. Ambarus, and feel very comfortable with her. Unfortunately, today I decided to get a new doctor. I went to an appt (35 min drive each way, $5 parking) to be told she was not available. I understand she is an OB, so I rescheduled and went home. Today I went in, same drive, same parking. Despite being on time, & checked in on computer, 2 hours later I was STILL waiting to register with staff, let alone get to see Dr. It just isn't worth literally taking my entire day to see her

I went through two pregnancies with Dr. Ambarus. She is THE most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. Yes, there is sometimes a wait in her office but that is expected because she is delivering babies! She gave me her cell phone number and encouraged me to text her if I was not feeling well or needed some advice about whether to come in to the hospital. Even though it sometimes takes me 2 hours to get to her office, I would not trust anybody else to deliver my babies.

Absolutely wonderful! She is friendly, professional and always answers my questions. I will be honest sometimes you will have to wait over 30 minutes past your appointment time. I know she sometimes has to deliver children. That is the ONLY downside. The staff (nurses, receptionist, lab techs) are really professional and friendly so it at least makes the wait pleasant.

I completely hate it. I am a very patient person but if it got to the point where i had to write a review then its bad. The wait in the office is always a 30-45 min wait. And once im in the room waiting for the Doctor, its always another 30-45 min wait. I wish i was exagerating but im not. Its completely ridiculous. And she only attends me for no more than 3 minutes. Then she's out. Doesnt bother asking if you have any questions for her. I highly DO NOT recommend her.

I wonder if she's unstable. she was really fixated on my figure during my pregnancy. she continually made lots of strange and inappropriate comments about my body, even when I would ask her to stop. she has a lot of issues that she should work out herself rather than with her patients.
