Horrific appointment process!I scheduled an appt over 8 months ago, scheduled for December 6, 2024. New appointment date is for May 27, 2025 ! I’m not a new patient, this doctor performed bladder surgery. I will not be following up with this doctor or anything to do with Cleveland Clinic ! Absolutely no recommendations for this office or hospital!

Late one night I drove myself to the ER. I was admitted for surgery the following day. I was alone and wanted to speak or meet my surgeon prior to the surgery. I had zero interaction with my surgeon or anthologist until arriving at the Operating Room door. I was so frightened and upset in fact crying just prior to my surgery. I don't have any answer for why I elected to proceed with the surgery, in retrospect I should have changed medical facilities at that time, but hindsight is 20-20. The next morning my dr sent her PA's to debrief me about my surgery. I had questions and wanted to speak with the person who actually had eyes on my situation. If I remember things correctly I believe she told me she would debrief me after surgery. It took four requests and 20 HOURS for her to come to my room and speak with me about my care. I was discharged the next day with minimal pain medication and ended up back in the ER for pain control. I wanted to change doctors and was NOT able to.

Dr. Vanish preformed an invasive procedure on me without my consent during an office visit. She did not explain what she was doing or why she was doing it. Her explanation as she did a catherization without telling me she was going to do it was " this is what I do." I was told by her office staff when I complained that " when I took off my clothes and got on the exam table that was consent. " I have been a urology patient for 40 years and had 20 surgeries. Never have I been treated in this manner. I tried to resolve this with Cleveland Clinic. The ombudsmen was supposed to call me within 7 to 10 business days. I've let numerous messages. They won't call me back. They have however billed me $333 for a procedure I DID NOT CONSENT TO THIS PROCEDURE.

Foremost, patients please stop leaving issues you might have with her staff, office staff, appointment cancellations. These negative comments impact her rating. Dr is the very best The Clinic has on staff. I survived kidney cancer, a needless procedure performed by another doctor. I’m still under her care. Take your HR issues to customer service. Not a part of her evaluation.

Simply put, if you need a Urologist, Dr. Vaish is the best. Well worth the 3 month wait for an appointment, the 320 mile round trip from Key West and overnight hotel stay. Not just knowledgeable, but understanding, personable and great at explaining the problem and options for resolution. Dr. Vaish and her nursing assistants made my first visit, including the dreaded cystoscopy, a pleasant experience. If you've got the time, an appointment with Dr. Vaish is well worth the wait. You won 't be disappointed, she is the best.

After seeing Dr. Vaish, my wife and I felt traumatized and had months of needless stress and worry. To top it off, I was given a false MRI report of a PI-Rads 4 lesion (meaning it’s probably cancer) from the Cleveland Clinic. I visited Dr. Vaish for the first time, to only discuss a Urodynamics test on my bladder. I waited for 3 hours to see her, although the status monitor in the waiting area indicated that she was 30 minutes behind schedule. I was later told by staff that this is common with

Very unprofessional. Doctor cancels appointment last minute passed 9:00 am leaving messages in answering machine after you left for the appointment far away in Weston!! drove all the way for nothing and lost a morning of work with a serious loss in revenues. Yes we work too!! not everybody is retired in Florida !! and we do not have the luxury to do this with our clients. Any way not the frst time with the Cleveland Clinic. Cleveland Clinic Florida a serious circus!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Vaish, she spent as much time as needed with me to answer my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field, Urology. I was petrified to have surgery and she alleviated all my fears. She is very personable. If you need a good doctor in Urology, Dr. Vaish is the one.

I want to Dr. Vaish for an initial consultation. She was outstanding! She was friendly, professional, informative, did not rush me, listened to me, explained everything and gave me all my options. I never have taken the time to provide a review of a physician before, but in her case I simply had to. She was outstanding. I highly recommend her.

I love you Dr. Vaish. A few years ago I was referred to her to correct Interstim leads that had migrated. Over the years, I had this surgery done multiple times by less experienced surgeons. I do not live in a big city and later found out urologists are underpaid in my county. The leads are still working great and when its time to change the battery, I plan to follow up. She went in this field to make a difference and really cares about the patients. Awesome doctor and great person to know

I highly recommend Dr Vaish, she has great concern for her patients and therefore gives me great confidence in her medical decisions.
