Great doctor. Never feel rushed. He is always attentive to my concerns and he is fully informed regarding the treatments that are available to me. I feel very fortunate to have him as my urologist for the past 15 plus years. I should also note that his staff have also been very pleasant to talk to and attentive to my concerns whenever I reach out for their assistance.

I tell you the truth THAT DOCTOR & and mainly a great human being how a great son of the father of medicine Hippocrates exercised his knowledge about my father, blessings for you and yours, Dr. Erick Pachter, a hug from a family where his action remained in our heart, may the Lord always continues to give him that wisdom

Up until recently I would have given 4 stars, but after trying to reach the Dr. Pachter for over a week and never receiving a call back I can’t give him more than 1 star. I even talked to his assistant who assured me I would hear from him, but never did.

Had surgery today at Memorial West. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Surgery went well.

Our visit was excellent, we had a great experience. He is very professional and care about his patient well being.

Accompanied family member via wheelchair who has foley. Nurse came in an told me to empty foley. I advised her I didn't know how to. Nurse became upset and said forget it. Family member needed foley replaced. Nurse advised to go to another room. I asked if someone could stand by family member as we transfered to table. Nurse yelled out to me., This is not a hospital setting. Wow !!! Office manger came in and said they would not be able to stand by patient either. So. As we left, de said he had a bad back and couldn't help. They didn't even have courtesy to hold door open while we pushed the wheelchair out. Way to treat seniors, horribly.

Very Unprofessional Dr. Horrible service and very disrespectful. Doesn't even deserve to be called a Doctor. His job is to help patients and it feels like it bothers him to be called into the emergency room to help someone in need. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!

Dr Pachter is very thorough and caring. I don't know if he realizes it, but it is his staff that is lacking. It is difficult to get them to answer the phone. Especially in the afternoon. They turn their phone over to the answering service sometimes as early as 3;00pm. So all you can do is leave a message and hope for the best.

Dr. Pachter and his entire staff are very professional and courteous. I went to doctor Pachter for a kidney stone. His thoroughness in checking my history from blood tests performed by other doctors prompted him to recheck my PSA because he noticed it rising over the past few years. Sure enough, I had and aggressive form of prostate cancer. No other doctor bothered to compare previous results. He definitely saved my life. One can rest assured that they are in good hands with Dr. Pachter.
