Dr. Botha did my oldest son surgery. He is very patient and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with him

The attention was terrible, he did not respond to
The attention was terrible, he did not respond to the concerns, the consultation lasted less than 1 minute, he left us waiting in the office, the phone call he received was more important, wasted time

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Botta. He performed a surgery on my newborn baby. He was kind and caring. Dr. Botta explain everything very clearly. We had follow up appointment as well and everything was perfectly explained.

Dr. Botta was very short & dismissive in his demeanor. I asked questions about my daughter's condition & had concerns about a medication that he suggested we use. He was clearly agitated about my questions/concerns with use & possible side affects of the medication. He responded abruptly & unkind saying "Well we can just do surgery then". As a Mother who just wants to do what is best for my child, this is not how I want to be treated. For an award winning Hospital I expect better.
