This is one of the mostly horribly run poorly run medical offices I’ve ever seen. No one should have to wait an hour and a half in a waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the doctor’s office before being seen. It’s happened on multiple occasions. Office management or whoever is booking patients should be fired.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up with my son for his checkup with Dr. Polsky. The doctor had ordered an ultrasound, which we had done at Advent Health. When we showed up to the appointment they ask if we brought a CD of the images with us. I said no, it was never stated we needed to bring them in (and I spoke with them numerous times to get the ultrasound order sent over to the correct place) and the Ultrasound department at Advent Health stated they would send everything over. So the front desk person, who lacks any empathy might I add, asks the doctor, who tells her we would have to reschedule. I was able to pull the images up on my phone and even then the doctor refused to see us. So I've just wasted a day off work for an appointment that we were refused for, despite the doctor having the ability to see the images on my phone, all because he requires a CD that none of his incompetent staff the numerous times I spoke with them told us was needed.
