Dr Simran S. Kapur in the ER setting...
I sure picked the right day to be seen in a fairly new Banner Hospital Ocotiilo in Chandler, AZ. There was never a better time to experience an ER visit. Unfortunately it is Christmas Eve, but lucky for me it was Dr Kapur's shift. Dr Kapur evaluated my broken wrist and or hand. She was thorough, cared about my pain, or lack there of, and within a couple of minutes, the other team members had me and my husband back in the bay, hooked up to monitoring equipment, xrays and the dreaded news. Her charming bedside manner made her a hit in my book! She was hands on maneuvering my broken hand wrist while explaining everything she was doing in order that staff wrap it in a splint, called my pharmacy with a script for pain pills, and referred me to a DO specialist. All in all I am completely pleased with my care and with Banner Hospital Ocotillo itself. 10 out of 10.
