Dr. Thomas Tsai, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Tsai's for 7yrs. I recall from my first appointment and many since Dr. Tsai has always shown genuine concern for my care and well-being, that is what sets him apart from the rest, along side his bedside humor. He listens intently, takes notes based on patient feedback and carefully reviews his care plan with you to ensure you are comfortable with his recommendations and approach. He is also very proactive in referring you to trusted specialists as needed. Dr. Tsai treats his patients like family or personal friends. I generally hate doctor's offices, but Dr. Tsai is very good at instilling confidence and comfort for his patients who might otherwise feel very concerned whether they are being taken care of elsewhere. Dr. Tsai goes above and beyond, making himself available after hours via his personal phone if necessary.I highly recommend Dr. Tsai as their Primary Care Provider and wish there were more doctors that modeled their practice after him.

I cannot describe him better other than rude, condescending and immoral … very poor and insensitive bed side manners. Avoid if you can. Plenty of other doctors in Gilbert

He is very rude and rushing. He brushed off my husbands concern on his skin which turns out to be an infection when we went to urgent care.. by then his feet has swollen

Worst doctor ever. Rude and judgmental. Poor bedside manner. He wasted my time. Will not come back.

Dr. Tsai has been our doctor for over 15 years. I will follow him wherever he goes. He truly cares about our health. He has brought my husband's diabetes well under control. A1C is in the mid-6 range. He found what works for him. I highly recommend him.

For the money that I paid, I felt quite rushed. I also heard the Dr and the staff fighting and yelling obscene stuff.. not a pretty scene and very unprofessional. I canceled my membership after my visit.

My sister is on the heavy side and she accompanied me to see this doctor. As we were leaving I overheard he and his staff talking very badly about my sister’s weight. Is this any way a doctors attitude towards someone who suffers from obesity? I feel like Dr Tsai and his staff have very little compassion.

Dr Tsai was my Primary Care doctor for going on three yerars. He and his practice were a refreshing change from all previous doctors I've had. I was surprised to find out that he abruptly left the practice at One Medical in Gilbert, and a bit disappointed. I wish him well wherever he goes.

I have to say that Dr. Thomas Tsai is the best doctor I've ever had! His intellect coupled with his skills and compassion are second to none. The way he listens to me, assesses what I've said and the situation at hand; then includes me in the equation of my medical care and what's best for me...is outstanding!!

Dr. Tsai is kind and caring. He has a solution to every medical issue for me and is not afraid to rec a specialist if needed. He is always available and has emailed and called me evenings and weekends. This is the type of MD that used to be…the one that actually knows you as a person.

Beat doctor I have ever had..takes care of my family...always available even after hours . Haven't stumped him yet with any medical issues..very smart..personable...came to house to help me with my father after hours before passed...made my dad laugh with his bedside manner which is the best medicine around...Thank you doc tsai
