Dr. Finn removed 2 discs from my neck in Sep 1995 when I lived in Dallas when it was determined I had no spinal fluid near both discs. For almost 30 years I often think of him and how awesome the experience was at Baylor. Nobody can see I even had surgery because of how he went in through a crease in my neck. I have thanked God over these past decades for having Dr. Finn handle this surgery for me as I had no issues of pain or numbness after recovery. 30 years later i now need another disc above the area removed and hope my surgeon in San Diego does the same exceptional job Dr. Finn performed.

Dr. Finn did a 2 level cervical fusion on me many years ago. Absolutely stellar results, I was back at work before anyone thought I would be. It alleviated the symptoms that I was having and I haven't had any further problems. Very caring and personable.

Dr. Finn operated Jan. 1998 for Trigeminal Neuralgia using a new state of the art process. I had been suffering with this affliction for over 2 years. I have been pain free ever since my surgery. I had 3 pressure points on the Trigeminal nerve. Thank god Dr. Finn ensured he located all of the possible pressure points along the nerve. He did not stop after finding the first 2 pressure points. After the surgery he said he had never seen 3 pressure points along the Trigeminal nerve. I feel blessed.
