Yes she’s amazing but!
The doctor is amazing, personable, good bedside, knowledgeable and knows her stuff. BUT the phone lines are terrible and you can never get through to anyone! And making the appointment was the worst experience of my life. Also when I’m trying to get her brother in, Dr. Dass isn’t accepting new patients. I had to ask HER for an exception the next time I saw her but then she is was on leave. We feel blessed to get in with her but I could not go threw the processes again!

Thankful for her!
We were so so thankful we met Dr. Dass! She was the only one that could figure out what was going on with our son and was spot on! She did not push medications at all. I wish the wait times were shorter but happy we waited

This was the worst and the most unpleasant doctor visit that I have ever attended in my life! My daughter was advised by our pediatrician to see a developmental neurologist because he felt she should be speaking a bit more at her age. So my husband and I quickly were on a look for an appointment as we considered this an urgent concern. When Dr. Dass entered the room, she has asked us if we filled out the packet that was supposed to be emailed to us. My husband and I looked at each other in amusement, as we did not receive any documents to fill out prior to the appointment. This was already clearly an “inconvenience” to her, as we didn’t fill out any documents prior to the visit. Dr. Dass asked us if we would like to fill out the paperwork during the appointment or if we would prefer to answer her questions. As we were having conversation with Dr. Dass, we have decided to just answer doctor’s questions at that point. This was again clearly a disappointment for Dr. Dass. It was clear that she preferred to have all of the documents and facts in front of her so the appointment is quick, and so she can formulate her “diagnosis” and get paid. Later, during the appointment, she stepped out and my husband overheard her talking to the front desk “who made that appointment?! They didn’t fill out any paperwork prior to the appointment.” At one point, Dr. Dass even asked us “how did you get an appointment? Typically the wait is 6 months and you got the appointment right away, you must have booked the appointment, few minutes after the cancelation was made.” I am a nurse practitioner myself and making patients feel as if they “wasted” the provider’s time, is not professional. Overall, this was an unpleasant and truly an upsetting experience. I’m sorry Dr. Dass for causing you an inconvenience and “wasting your time” for this appointment. I hope whoever reads this and chooses to bring their child in hopes of seeking help, will not leave that office feeling as if were an inconvenience to the provider.

Dr. Dass was very knowledgeable and my son absolutely loved her. She took the time to explain things and did not rush us. She gave us a clear plan moving forward! Worth the wait to see her.
