My mom was scheduled to review her blood results report with Dr. Jiang. Dr. Jiang was very impatience and rude. She just simply read the results out without much detail information and interfered with impatience tone of voice when we asked questions regarding what actual meaning of each term of abbreviation. Very unprofessional and if she doesn't like being a Dr, go get other jobs.

Dr. Jiang is very professional. She is a great listener and empathetic to the concerns of her patients. I appreciate her kind and thoughtful concerns in regard to my health and providing me with excellent medical and physical care. I strongly recommend Dr. Jiang to my family and friends.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I was seen by Shasha Jiang on 1/3/22 at Garfield Health Center. I was called in for an annual physical as a new patient. She was rude and dismissive. Refused to help refer me to treatment for allergies because "I was managing fine, since I had not gone t the Urgent Car or Emergency Room"/ Also did not perform a physical on me just asked me a lot of questions without providing any care. At the end of the visit I referred out to get blood work done for reasons unknow m=by the front desk staff when asked why it could not be done there. I left angry and HIGHLY DISDAPOINTED looking for a way out of the Allied Pacific Medical Group.
