Dr. Young was friendly and very knowledgeable. He went to the point of showing me pictures of what I thought my ailment might be. I could tell by the pictures that I didn't have that ailment. I did not feel rushed during the visit. He was such a good doctor, that I changed from my doctor, Dr. Chen, to Doctor Young. I was informed that Dr. Chen was doing more administrative work and wouldn't be available to me as before.

I think providers should take the initiative when patients express concerns about their health. In this case, while a urine culture was recommended, I feel that the doctor should have also run a urinalysis to potentially rule out other conditions.

The doctor came back to inform me of my concerns about the coverage of the insurance after I entered the office, instead of using the bing.com before the meeting, and told me that it was okay to have a re-examination in 4-6 years, and I didn't feel professional and empathetic. Questioned the professionalism of the professionals/clinics I saw before, and the experience as a customer was very bad.
