Friendly and competent
She's friendly, yet efficient. She explains things well an did extremely well with my MRI explanation recently. Having surgery later this year and will review that, as well.

Wow
I called the office to speak to the office manager to see if I could get some experience for my foot care specialist certification. The office manager basically started talking before knowing who I was and said I was wasting their time and money cold calling and I had some nerve And I could tell my boss that and hung up. If that is the attitude of the staff I can only imagine how they would be with patients. Didnt care to gather facts or take time to find out the question but simply started talking rudely based on assumption. Wow unprofessional, assuming, and uncaring.
