Lacks empathy and active listening skills
Jump to conclusions before hearing all details/symptoms. Talked in circles, recommending procedures and then against the same. Defensive when my symptoms didn’t match expectations. Couldn’t admit they (stroke center) just didn’t have an answer for me.
