WONDERFUL DOCTOR
I have been Dr. Shamim’s patient for several years. He is a wonderful, kind and responsive doctor. He ALWAYS responds to my messages posted on the patient portal. He has called me several times late in the evening, well after office hours, to discuss a poor test result or ask about my condition. He really cares. I recommend him without reservation.

Failing grade patient care service
8 months ago I had made an appointment for an annual physical exam. After a 30 minute Q&A personal interview by Dr. Shamin, he told me "because you it is your first appointment I will not conduct an annual physical today, you can make an appointment next September, I was disappointed with this" Today August 30 I called Dr. Shamim's office to make my appointment for September and I was told that the Dr. will not be available until December of 2022. This was it. I should have been told back then to make the appointment for September. This is why I give this Dr. an F for failing to provide a basic healthcare practice. Of course I will never recommend this medical practioner to anyone. Rationale given by his office assistant, " sorry it is due to the Pandemic".

Doctor Shamim is wonderful! He listens, recommends and is thoughtful, thorough and compassionate. His office staff is amazing too! They are always kind and efficient. They remember names and ask after patients well being. I cannot stand most doctors for their arrogance. Dr Shamim doesn't have to prove anything. His medical expertise speaks for itself.
