Dr Jaramillo is very profesional. Listen to you and explain clearly

I was a patient of Dr. Jaramillo for my Parkinson’s tremors for a few years. During this time, the doctor prescribed increasingly stronger medications to control my tremors. Despite several visits where I inquired about alternative treatments, he consistently stated that there were no other options besides medication. Unfortunately, he never mentioned the non-invasive HIFU treatment, which could potentially eliminate or minimize my tremors. Additionally, I felt that my concerns were often dismissed, and my appointments were rushed. There was a lack of thorough explanation about the side effects of the medications, and I often left the office feeling more anxious about my condition. It was only after doing my own research that I discovered the HIFU treatment, which made me question why this option was never presented to me.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Jaramillo for a while, we are completely satisfied with his service, he is very involved in my mother's care and takes the time to listen, explain and answer any questions my mother has about her treatment. He takes the time to explain everything to her and makes sure she understands.

The facility was a factory type of setting and very unprofessional. This is not a place you go to for quality care or respect of your time. Wait time to be expected is anywhere between an hour and 15 minutes and more despite your appointment. Go somewhere else

The doctor was too busy to explain and take care of my concerns. Office staff does not return calls nor take care of pending problems as promised. Overall the level of care and commitment to the patients is substandard.
