Dr. Brancolini added me to his scheduled after a mix up on the appointment time. Most doctors would have had me reschedule but he saw me that day. When I saw the the PA and the the DR, both were informative and took the time to explain the problem and then proceeded to do the procedure the same day. Very pleased with everything that happened and would highly recommend Dr. Brancolini.

Stay FAR FAR away of Dr. Brancolini
If you want to be treated like a human, do NOT see Dr. Brancolini. He is arrogant and does not listen to me as a patient. Everything in his treatment note was also a lie - I read it in the portal. He is dishonest and condescending. Stay FAR FAR away!!! He has no concern for his patients, and his support staff are his minions and do whatever he says. Fins someone else.

Refused to look at MRI or call my immunologist
His Pa Dane Sink is useless as a wet paper bag. Dr. Bracolini came I. For about 4 minutes. I had all my test results with me, and the name of my pain psychiatrist and Immunologist. He said they won't in his practice, so he didn't care what they said. He is very arrogant, and now he won't release me to see another UPMC pain doctor..

"I have never left a poor review before but maybe this will prevent someone from dealing with this unprofessional rude practice. They are both inept and incompetent. After over a month of them trying to get Medicare approval for a procedure I was denied. I finally went to a new doctor. The paperwork was submitted properly THIS TIME. The procedure was done within 1week of the initial visit. Save yourself the stress and anxiety of dealing with this totally incompetent practice. The doctor as well as the office staff are unprofessional. I'm surprised they are affiliated with UPMC."

I’ve never left a poor review for anyone prior to this but hopefully it will prevent a patient who has chronic pain from dealing with this unprofessional practice. Both the doctor and office staff are inept and incompetent. After trying to get Medicare approval through this office for over a month they told me I was denied. I went to another doctor. The proper paperwork was turned in this time. The procedure was approved and done within a week of the initial visit!! Save yourself the stress and anxiety of dealing with this practice. Go to a more competent office.

The assistant or intern was not very helpful and was kind of rude at the time of visit. The doctor spent enough time but followup after MRI did not happen.

To read that Dr. Brancolini is uncaring just baffles me. After receiving injections that did not help, I decided to see Dr. Brancolini. He prescribed medication that has been a lifesaver. Not only is he a caring doctor, but a very kind person. I would recommend him highly.

What a great experience. Look I know my pain is not going away. And that sucks. But having someone REALLY help and REALLY care makes a big difference. I know Dr. B takes talks fast but so what. You shouldn't be able to criticize someone's mannersims like this but this is the screwed up world we live in. JUST THE BEST!

I could not be happier with Dr. Brancolini, the staff is the kindest I've ever met. To the poster who said he is rushed - UMM, NO -- he spent an hour with me. NO one has ever helped me more. Also, he is very intelligent . Really, just the best.

Don't waste your time with this doctor, he speaks to you in a very rude arrogant condescending tone, he is very dismissive, he does not listen to anything you are trying to say he does all the talking but does not give you a chance to speak. If you're not able to receive an injection he doesn't want to help you with any other kind of treatment , like pain meds, he islike a used car salesman, pushing these injections, you are made to feel less than if you cannot take these injections, Stay Away

Dr. Brancolini is the worst pain doctor one could see. I wasted 3 years with him trying to get my chronic pain under control. He is totally uncaring and unprofessional when it comes to your care. He has a very nervous, rushed & wordy disposition. He does not let you speak or convey concerns. Staff is also horrible & completely on his side, not the patients. It is sad that UPMC has such a bad physician. It is not difficult to find a better pain doctor than him. A relief to not to see him
