If I could give a zero I would
I have never met such a RUDE, ARROGANT doctor like him before. He was getting angry when I asked questions. He said my dad had a blockage in his neck artery and there’s is nothing he could do. He said he would just have to get strokes and maybe in 10 years there would be a cure for blockage of neck artery. He sounded more like an angry client rather than a professional doctor! He was more busy to talk about he’d be going on vacation for a week as of that night, rather than accurately informing patient of diagnoses and steps to fix the condition.

My 84 year old mother sees Dr. Shah and she loves him! He has a very busy practice; when he first comes in the room he might come off stern to some, but we find his sense of humor enjoyable. He always shows a very caring, tender heart to my mom. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I have complete faith in his care for my mom. I appreciate Dr. Shah very much!

I have been seeing Dr. Shah for 2 years. He is the only doctor that actually took my migraines seriously and tried several different medicines to try to help.

Dr Shah is rude, uncaring and apparently drive only by ringing the cash register as many times as possible in a day. He did not answer any of my ?'s and drove ahead with his agenda as if I weren't there. I later needed to get a copy of my medical records for insurance. It took me over 2 months. The receptionist finally admitted that they had been without a working fax # or machine for 2 months. When they did get it Dr Shah couldn't find time to sign it for over 2 weeks. Staff was rude.

Very rude and unprofessional. My son was having uncontrolled seizures and Dr shah did not attempt to change meds or try to find cause. 1 trip to another neurologist and with med change seizures now controlled. Finally someone who cares. Dx with brain mass.

Dr Shahs office called about an outstanding balance from 5 yrs ago, because they sent to wrong address! When informed the patient was now in a rest home on long term care medicaid w/ no money or income they proceeded to inform her she would be turned over to collections. This is on an 84 yr old, bed ridden, dementia patient that owed ONLY 18.00! These are the RUDEST, MOST UNCARING PEOPLE I have ever dealt with. They never even offered to work with her. I would never recommend anyone go there

I don't know what Doctor the complainers saw but it wasn't the same Doctor Shah I saw. He was concerned about my problem. He asked all the questions I thought needed to be asked. He listened. I have a difficult problem to pin down. I have had Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurosurgeon's, and many other specialist be stumped. I feel Doctor Shah will come up with a solution. I have that much confidence in him.
