Dr. Sarah Grewal, DO

At first I loved Dr Grewal, she’s sweet, takes her time to listen to your concerns, i trusted her. After tons of emails n voicemails expressing my concerns I was asked to schedule a telehealth visit in order to get any reply. 3 weeks total to even speak to her, patient was admitted3 days w no follow up or call after discharge Followup visit scheduled 5 months later, MRI results for 5 months n still idk the findings. She knew my child’s medicines were NOT working yet continued to prescribe without acknowledging they were increasing the seizures, she just keeps prescribing rescue meds, I shouldn’t need to begin with after multiple emails n calls for 3 days of requesting a refill no reply 2 min late even after calling to let her no made me reschedule video call for another 3 weeks later and in person visit wouldn’t be another 4-6 months. As a parent dealing with a newly diagnosed epileptic young child, this is the last thing you would want or expect from the doctor caring for them.
