MD spent a significant amount of time explaining the surgeries needed, the treatment plan as well as others options available if I so desired. She Is caring, thorough and Is obviously enthusiastic and committed to her job.

I had to wait 3 months for an appointment with Dr. Carballo. She brought up several issues with my eyes and suggested seeing and ophthalmologist as well as providing me with information on several for my consideration. She was knowledgeable and personable. Other than the long wait for an appointment, I was pleased with my visit.

The hardest part was scheduling the first appointment, it took more than three months to be seen. However, once that was done sending notices and information for the appointment was excellent. Also, the ability to schedule my follow up appointment was easy and readily available.
