Dr. Sara Seghezzo, MD

Dr. Seghezzo was extremely condescending. She didn’t ask me many questions or seem to care about my concerns at all. Her visit was short and she just seemed like she was trying to get it over with.

I waited 2 months to be seen for skin irritation that I've developed. Initially when I made the appointment the person who I spoke to on the phone said that I'd find out right then and there at the appointment what's going on, so I was thinking that's great! In my head I was thinking they are probably going to do so many tests on me when I'm there. Once I got there the whole appointment could have been done over telehealth! The provider barely looked at me while I had rashes on my face that time, and I kept trying to show her photos of my skin when I really flare up and she just typed and looked at her screen the whole time. I drove 40 mins for a 'consultation' that did not help me at all.

I went for a specific allergy test. I completed a pre appt form identifying my allergy/reaction. Instead of telling me that she could not test for my allergy, she did a full panel test. She lead me believe the panel test was a part of the visit. I left the appt without learning anything new other than this doctor could not help me. I later got a huge bill in the mail for the new patient visit and separate charge for the panel testing. In all, I still have an allergy test needed and learned nothing from this doctor who should have referred me out as soon as I walked in the door.
