Worst doctor experience I ever had
I came to him with trouble breathing. For almost two weeks he kept checking for heart issue and when didn't find it he offered no support to seek further help in fact told me NOT to get a chest X-ray or go to the ER. When a promised pulmonary appointment set up was not expedient and I was barely able to catch my breath, I took myself to the ER and they found and explosion of bilateral Pulmonary embolisms. I do not recommend him. I could have died due to his neglect and flippant interest in my case.

Dr Garg: Lack of Empathy and Guidance
My encounter with Dr. Garg was undeniably the least pleasant experience I've had with a healthcare provider. His bedside manner left much to be desired. The visit consisted of a mere 5-10 minutes of face-to-face interaction, he arrived OVER 30 MINS LATE. Dr. Garg's communication skills and empathy were notably absent.Regrettably, Dr. Garg neglected to address my chest pain attributing my situation to weight without offering constructive guidance or further testing. The encounter left me with a mix of emotions—embarrassment, defeat, anger, and a pervasive feeling of being unheard.Since switching cardiologist it was found I do in fact have a heart condition and it's good I got a second opionion.

Defeated
Dr Garg did not address my A-Fib at all. He basically told me I'm a lost cause because I'm fat and have diabetes. I left feeling embarrassed, defeated, angry and not listened to at all.

Excellent visit!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Garg. He had read my chart over thoroughly and showed a good understanding of my medical history. He listened well and did not rush the visit. I was very impressed with Dr. Garg.

Do Not Recommend. Dr. Garg was in a hurry and very rude, maybe it was a bad day. I am now under the care of another cardiologist and have the proper care.

Definitely One of the best !
Dr. Garg has been my heart doctor for 20 plus years and has never pushed me to get any treatment that I did not need. I had a heart valve replaced last November and everything went as planned. In the hospital at 8am on Monday and out the door at 2 pm the next day. WOW was that a change, back to normal in 19 hours. I'm still getting check ups every year and trust him to keep me going in the right direction. Very happy 83 year old, Thanks to Dr. Garg.

Hands down the worst experience with a provider. While Dr. Garg may be an experienced Cardiologist, his bedside manner is off-putting and indifferent. He spent a total of 5-10 minutes (ethical?) face to face in the hospital visits and showed up 20 minutes late to the virtual out-patient session; only to spend 7 minutes. His communication skills and bedside manner are sorely lacking. He failed to educate or provide any explanations. He created more anxiety than the actual medical event.
